Initiate Your Request
Log into your Crytec account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
